Abbotsley Village Hall is located in the High Street, Abbotsley, PE19 6UJ. St Neots is 4 miles away by car. There is a small car park to the side and rear of the Hall, accessed via a concrete vehicular ramp, which can accommodate about 12 cars. Additional overflow parking is available next to the Church.
Access:
The front door has one small step, 7.5 cm high, with a concrete ramp to the side, which gives access to the car park, via a further concrete ramp. There is a portable metal wheelchair access ramp, stored in the entrance lobby, for use as required.
The main door is 1.8 metres wide, leading to an entrance lobby, which has double doors leading into the main Hall. The main Hall used to be divided into two, but the partitions for this have now been removed, providing walk through access from what was originally a small hall and a larger hall.
Hall Interior:
The interior is well lit and brightly decorated, with a wooden floor with a vinyl covering. The Hall is 20 metres long by 5.5 metres wide and 4.5 metres high.
There are 60 folding padded chairs, stacked in three corners of the Hall, with 100 additional plastic seated chairs, that can also be used externally, available in the outside store. There are two large folding tables in the hall, with an additional 17 large and 12 small folding tables tables located in the rear store and in the outside store.




Toilets:
The male and female toilets are located in the main entrance lobby. An accessible toilet is located in the female toilets.
Kitchen:
Catering facilities are available, with an Electric Double Oven Range cooker, a warming oven, fridges, a microwave and a hot water boiler. Crockery and cutlery are stored at the rear of the kitchen. A large servicing hatch links the kitchen to the main Hall. The first aid kit and accident book is located on the kitchen wall.





Premises License:
The Hall has a Premises License, HDC/PRE00076 for regulated activities. Other licensable activities require a Temporary Events Notice, available on application, from Huntingdonshire District Council.

There is a ‘No Smoking’ policy inside the Hall, in accordance with 2007 legislation, and ash bins are located at either side of the entrance lobby, on the outside walls.
